How To Adopt

Once you have decided you are ready to open your heart and make a lifetime commitment to one of our furkids, please fill out the form below.  Once you fill out the adoption application, we will contact you to arrange a meeting.

*We must meet the entire family that will be interacting with the new puppy to ensure the safety and care of our dogs.

You can also check our calendar of events for dates and locations where we hold onsite adoptions at various locations. 

The adoption donation is $250 and includes the following:

  • Neuter/Spay procedure if taken to one of three local vets prior to the pet reaching 6 months of age.  If the pet is not altered and is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption, the procedure will be paid for if done within 30 days after adoption.  You also have the option of using your own vet for the procedure, a refund of $50 will be given if proof of completion is received within the given time frame.  
  • $750 value of pet insurance for the first 30 days by ShelterCare, which has a $50 deductible. 
  • Microchip and service by 24PetWatch
  • One doctor exam at one of three veterinary locations available
